AVOID !!!! I've never known such poor customer service. Sales guy was good it was like a one man band, all the other lot just avoided contact with me, I asked to speak to a site manager on several occasions and he couldnt be bothered to speak to me, looks like I made the right decision to return. I took the 7 day money back guarantee, they are not interested as soon as you have lined there pockets, there is no customer after care when something goes wrong. It took me 16 days and multiple calls and emails to return the car and get my money back. I had to threaten with legal action for a response. I wouldn't recommend these to my worst enemy.

Never leave reviews as never know accuracy but this service was so bad thought i had to. Terrible after sales. Car was delivered with a broken suspension which took another 3 weeks to be sorted. Went to tax the car and it was in wrong tax class which salesman hadn't changed - sorted with v62 but then took 3 weeks to get my 25 pound refund. Constantly being told 'ill be back in touch in 10 mins'only to be ignored all day. Genuinely terrible and disappointing

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I bought a 64 plate ford focus from here,I was dealt with by a Lee-Campbell mills who was no help what so ever once I bought the car and has very little customer service skills (considering I spent the most amount of money I have ever spent on a car) at this place only for the car to be a money pit with issues starting a week after purchase and still gives me major issues over a year later, they are lovely and helpful on the day you buy it but afterwards they are hard to get hold of and throw constant obstacles in the way of remedying the issue. I eventually got the one major repair done by them but it took one hell of a fight and it really shouldn't have done if they was as genuine and helpfull as they appeared to be when buying the car. In the end after all the hassle I had getting one issue sorted i given up fighting them and wrongly just ignored the problems and carried on driving it because I love the car despite its issues , the result is me potentially now needing a new steering rack. So Thanks car store for terrible aftercare and leaving me and my family with a nothing but a headache. Trust me once they have your money they don't want to know..

Quick & polite service, happy with the car & the deal! Update.. had a slight problem with the car 1 week after buying. After sales department was excellent & got it sorted straight away. Big thumbs up!
