Beautiful restaurant inside and out. Restaurant and bathroom appeared clean. Service was excellent. Food was delicious. Menu didn't offer as much as I would've liked, especially for vegetarian but had appealing choices nonetheless-- except for the alcoholic beverage menu in my opinion.

Tonight was extremely disappointing. After seeing what looked like a great menu, we thought we would give the stone jug a try. But once seated we were met with a lengthy list of everything they didn't have. When it was time for the appetizers we chose four things they actually did have- sweet potato fries, muscles, shrimp and caesar salad. The sweet potato fries were under cooked, and had a mushy consistency. The muscles had a foul odour, which no fresh muscles should have. And when it was time for the shrimp, we were also treated with a mystery hair! The caesar salad was also a let down. To begin it was missing the sun dried tomatoes and had stale croutons. The dressing was essentially tasteless water. After some disappointing appetizers, my family and I hoped we would have a different experience with our entrees. We never. We ordered two pizzas- the sauce there was none. But that doesn't mean the pizza was dry. When you cut into the pizza, orange grease came pouring out. Gross. They obviously ran out of mozzarella, so substituted it with a bubble gum layer of pre-shredded tex mex. Crust was mediocre at best. We also had two kids meals. They were grilled cheese. How can someone mess up a grilled cheese? After one taste of the rubbery cheese, the little girls were done. We cannot comment on the dessert as we didn't order any, after the previous disasters, but weren't even offered the free dessert that came with the kids meals. The service at this restaurant was also terrible. The only time we saw our server was when she took/delivered orders, and brought the bill. Never even offered a drink refill. She should be ashamed to even call herself a server. Overall, save your money and go somewhere else. REPLYING TO OWNERS RESPONSE- Since you seem to think we weren't at the stone jug, I have attached some of the pictures of our meal. Over all your response was very disrespectful and lacked any and all professionalism.

I will start out by saying this is one of the most beautiful looking century restaurants anywhere! (that's the one star) But that's where it ends!! We ate here twice, summer of 2019 and fall 2020. I could get into a long story but to summarize; our two meals came out 15 minutes apart (both times we ate there), the pizza dough was undercooked (both times), the burger and fries were stone cold and we found the shift manager to be very unprofessional dealing with the situation. And then there is the bigger issue of their online menu vs the burger and pizza joint menu we were handed in fall of 2020. They do have a covid notice on line, but with 3 steaks, chicken and ribs on an extensive menu you would think a restaurant of this caliber would make sure they have more than burgers and pizza to serve!!! Bait and switch is what we call it, and contrary to consumer law!! I notice they are temporarily closed, hopefully this owner is done and someone who know how to run a restaurant properly takes it over. Won't be back under this ownership!!

We ordered the "Formaggi" pizza, the spinach dip, and the chicken fingers. It was reasonably priced, however the kids meals were a bit pricey. The pizza was good though I thought the sauce lacked a bit of seasoning. The outdoor patio had ample wind coverage -even on a windy day- and the interior of the building is beautiful. The service was fast for the most part, and overall a nice experience.

Last night we had supper at the beautiful Stone Jug!! It was awesome. Such a beautiful building, the food was to die for...we had the steak And our server...Caroline...was so friendly, knowledgeable about the food, and made the experience that much better. Can't wait to come back again.

The place has a great interior setup and beautiful patio so worth the visit. A little disappointed that they didn’t have the full menu options due to COVID. Staff is super friendly. We went there for lunch ordered two pizzas (bbq chicken & white sauce truffle chicken) along with wedges. The food was fine (3/5). I advise ordering the sandwiches instead.

This restaurant is beautiful! We were amazed with all of the unique chandeliers. The design is so unique, it's not like any other restaurant around. The strawberry daiquiri and pomegranate martini were both delicious. The wings were so tasty and the wedges were cooked to perfection. The calamari was good also. I would definitely order the burger next time because my partner loved it.
