A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE I had the unfortunate experience of having this company visit my home. Not only was the guy 45 mins late, but there was no communication beforehand either. He turned up (during the middle of a global pandemic) to touch almost every surface in my home with no COVID policy claiming he'd just do whatever I wanted him to do. He was rude and awkward, even describing himself as slightly mad. He then produced a report that highlighted failures in the two year old building. When these issues were investigated further it was discovered that in 50% of cases he was wrong... Needless to say: Not recommended.
