Living room carpet cleaned today. Has come up really well. I explained on the phone that I only needed the room entry and the middle area cleaned and was quoted 40 to 45. When the chap arrived and saw the area (I forgot to get his name) he said it would be 40. I was impressed with this as it would've been easy for him to charge me 45. I wouldn't have known any different. No hesitation in recommending him and will certainly use again.
