From start to finish the level of customer service has been fantastic. I ordered over 200 personalised beanie hats for my father's 60th birthday. I enquired with Cardiff Embroidery via email and they responded within 2 hours with a quote and an estimation of when I could come in to collect. I was delighted to find that my hats were finished earlier than expected. When I arrived at Cardiff embroidery I was greeted by friendly staff. The staff were incredibly helpful and patient whilst waiting for me to count out each hat individually, they also helped me carry them to my car. I'm am very grateful for the service I received and I highly recommend Cardiff Embroidery to anyone looking for embroidery or printing services.
