Ladybirds cleaning team is very punctual and perfect on their job. I really recommend them to anyone need a super perfect cleaning of their house. I specially want to thank Andrea for doing the great cleaning job at my kitchen. I was very impressed about the whole team in their hard work.

Previously used Ladybirds on several occasions & have been fairly satisfied with the quality. However, on the last few occasions I have been very disappointed. The quality of the cleans has gone downhill, often leaving cleanliness of the place worse than before they started! In addition - the request to use our businesses cleaning supplies for their cleans defeats the object of them doing their job! They use arrival and departure times of their staff to justify the job they've done which is funny because our camera footage shows their operatives standing around chatting for 20 mins at a time. My advice to the business owner would be to invest in some measures to tighten quality control - the staff you're paying are wasting you money. Shocking & rude customer service & won't be continuing to use. See photos below - classed as a 'deep clean'
Amazing clean for my elderly dad. He came home to a fantastic clean home. He saiid he felt so happy and was looking forward to the future with support from Ladybirds with the new set up in place for him to have the help he so needs. As a daughter I feel his wellbeing and mental health has improved. Thank you so much Ladybirds for the help and hard work you have given to my dad. xx
Ladybirds cleaning services very professional and friendly team. They were on time and are value for money.Nothing was of trouble to the team. They gave my house a spring clean and it certainly was spotless immaculate. I would high recommend this company and will certainly be using them again.
Ladybirds provided alterations for my curtains. The work was to a very high standard, even better finishing to the curtains, than when they were first purchased. They came back earlier than expected too. I would highly recommend Ladybirds for any alterations.
