My father's care at Pontcanna House was excellent and provided us with a great deal of comfort during a very difficult period in our lives. We particularly noticed how the owners consider each resident's individual needs carefully. We were also very impressed with the standards of hygiene, and other precautions which have kept the home Covid-free. I would not hesitate to recommend Pontcanna House.

My mum has been here for a year and a half and it was the best decision we ever made. She's really happy there. The Home is spotlessly clean and the staff are, without exception, efficient, caring and affectionate with all their charges. The food is excellent and there are lots of activities for the residents. They are even taken on little outings to the cinema etc. The Management oversees with a rod of iron but commands respect from staff and relatives alike. If you want peace of mind, you won't find a better place than Pontcanna House for your loved one.

Very angry and upset in the poor care my mother was given, she sadly passed away in March. Would never recommend this home.
