One of our favourite places when visiting Cardiff... lovely little garden and parks around... grand for easy town centre parking as well

If you are going to an event I am sure this place is lovely. But I went on a normal day for a visit and you are only allowed in an empty all with not much all to see. So make sure you book any events they have on to get a better experience

The Temple of Peace reminds me of a beautifully wrapped Christmas present... But when you open it up, there's absolutely nothing inside and it's a huge disappointment. From the outside, it's absolutely stunning. Gorgeous and historic, it's quite a sight to see. Even on the inside, the high ceiling and beautiful windows make it something to behold. But then... that's it. It's impressive for a few minutes then afterwards you're just left with a feeling of meh. I attended an event here and even with the crowds and things going on, I was quite disappointed. There are numerous well-preserved historic buildings in Cardiff and this one isn't anything special. Plus, it's really cold for whatever reason. I could never feel comfortable here.

Nice building but not suitable for the large conference event I attended. PA didn't work very well so not easy to hear speakers; round table format not suitable for those sitting on wrong side of table as all speakers were at front, and some tables too close together and not enough places. Also ran out of food at lunchtime which was poor.
