Made an appointment with me, it snowed I was not contacted to tell me it was cancelled. I called the help line to see if this branch was open they said they were. I walked trudged through the snow to find out it was closed. Second time i've been given bad info and they wasted my time. Wish they would get their communicate better.
Good bank, friendly staff and never too long a queue. Looks a bit dated, but good to have an ethical high street bank.
