Dirty Hospital, Dirty lifts full of litter, the neuro ward I was on was unhygienic probably due to the cleaners being lazy and chatting too much, yet the nursing staff were run off their feet, I contracted the flu whilst in there. The pictures shows the awful food and also tubing etc just left on the end of my bed all afternoon.!!

Most friendly people I have ever encountered. Some asked my pronouns, others assumed the correct pronouns. Everyone always asked permission before examining the wound, which was in a personal place. Everyone made sure I was comfortable and explained what I was waiting for next. Before I left, a lot of the staff came to chat with me for 15 minutes each, in the Short Stay, and made sure I knew that I can keep fighting my dysphoria. I came out feeling physically better, and much better psychologically too.
