Just moved my loved one into Cardinal about 30 days ago. The promises that Elizabeth and Steve made have not been followed through with. They raved about all these amenities that are offered, of course at additional prices, that are not consistently seen. Coming in during the week, everything is great, but when management isn’t present over the weekends, IT IS A DISASTER!!!! Currently shopping around for some place else to move my loved one. Please think twice before bringing a loved one here.

My mother in law has been at Cardinal for awhile the facility itself is clean. The 1 star comes from me over hearing the aides and housekeeping discussing some of the residents who lived there out in the open in a very vulgar, inappropriate, disgusting matter. I know from working in the health field about HIPAA as well as Ombudsman. If you feel a certain way about the residents and lack of compassion or empathy you should find another field to work in. Which explains a lot from the level of care my inlaw receives

My dad has been living independently at Cardinal Village for 3 years. In those 3 years he has made many friends and is well looked after by a very caring staff. Even though he lives independently in his own apartment we are called if the staff notice anything out of the ordinary which is a great relief when you can’t be on site every day. The residents are very friendly and genuinely concerned about each other. There is a nice mix of weekly activities and in-house entertainment. The food is good too!
