Charlie at Your Buckeye Home Inspector conducted an inspection at a home I am currently considering purchasing. He allowed me to walk through the full inspection with him, answering all of my questions and discussing all of his findings. He was thorough and knowledgeable and had very impressive equipment to assist him with identifying issues. His insight allowed me to make an informed decision on my purchase. I would highly recommend his services if you would like an honest inspection of a property you are considering.

I hired this company to inspect a house I was purchasing. He did not inspect as per industry standards. He missed inoperable windows, a broken water line and insect infestation due to improper soffit. When brought to his attention, he said file a claim with the warranty services he offers. Unfortunately this service does not cover the amount of damage we encountered. Worst inspection we have ever had in 30 years and multiple home purchases. I would tell everyone to never use this fraudulent inspector. In response to your comments... You do not meet industry standards. You never looked at the windows which 2 have bad glass seals and 7 do not lock. Windows are a part of any home inspection per your industry standards. As for the water leak, you never even turned on the faucet! If you had, you would have eaily seen the water all over our hardwood floors. And you could even see the cracked pipe in the open access panel in the bedroom. As for seeing inside walls, I agree that is not what you are to do. What about a water damaged wall in our dining room. I guess you just could not see that either. Your great inspection will end up costing us thousands to fix things you missed. Do you want to stand behind your work and pay for these items? Again, I hope no one ever throws their money away by using your services.
I have used this company twice for home inspections and have been very pleased with the thoroughness of the inspections. The reports are very detailed and include pictures. They show up on time and the prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend using this company if you need an inspection done.
