This place is a joke! The director Cassie paid employees to give good reviews no one in there right mind would give this place a good review. This company shouldn’t even be able to operate the way they treat employees and clients. Nobody knows what there doing it’s unorganized, unprofessional and no communication employees are expected to just figure stuff out while admin ignores you.

I’ve been with CBC just short of 3 years now. Like every company they have their issues, but they definitely step up to the challenge and work as fast as possible to resolve them. From admin to staff members they’re understanding and work with you when life takes an unexpected turn! The individuals are full of life and personality, never a dull moment for sure. You get autonomy & aren’t being watched over your shoulder or micromanaged. They inform staff of fun things to take the individuals out to do and try to keep everyone as updated as possible. Overall a good company to work for and be apart of!

I take care of 3 individuals that are my world when I’m at work. They take my heart when they smile, when they complete a task or when there just watching TV. CBC is for people with a heart. The Director Cassie Clark is phenomenal offering support in multiple ways for her staff and clients. Our Assistant Director is just as phenomenal always ready to help with clients day or night. Care by Clark has grown so much since I began working here. You will see that that respect goes a long way. Communication is key to developing healthy relationships and success. Care by Clark has provided me the TOOLS how to accomplish what I do in my everyday life. Thanks to my company I was able to help my father John LaSapio be comfortable and well taken care of the last days of his life. I will be forever grateful for this honor.
