I worked with Scott over the past couple of months to help me determine how to best proceed with my career & discover the options available to me, During this time Scott has been extremely attentive and supportive and has created an environment during meetings that has been highly conducive to making significant progress. Not only is Scott an extremely competent coach, but he is a very friendly and welcoming person to talk to! Which makes the process so much more enjoyable. Scott has helped me look at myself and abilities, questioning areas i would never have recognised without his input & guidance, so it is with certainty i can say i am considerably more informed & prepared to move forward with my career than i was before my time with Scott. Scott used different models and techniques to help me realise my strengths, passions and ambitions. The impact of Scott’s coaching has been that I feel my work now has more focus, direction and fulfilment. Even after our first session, I had much more self-awareness around the roles I have in my work and personal life. I would recommend Scott to anyone who wants to develop, or find more fulfilment in their career.
I have been recently made redundant after being put on furlough by my employer. And I decided to invest in myself with 1-2-1 Career coaching. Scott helped me put together a workable plan of action and he helped identify any skills that I can use in different industries. Scott is very experienced. When I was made redundant I felt anxious about my career and my future, he helped me see that I actually have a lot of skills to offer to other employers. I'm now feeling very positive about the next step. It's been worth every penny.
Scott was my coach for the last year or so, as I needed some help with the challenges that came with a new role, particularly around leading teams with confidence. We met a number of times over the space of about 9 months and each time Scott listened attentively, asked the searching questions that helped me think about things in different ways and gave me lots of really useful tools to take away and use. Scott possesses many attributes necessary to be a professional coach: he has a good foundation in coaching and does not deviate from what he has to do; he is focused and was able to help me meet my objectives in a very professional way. He consistently drives each session with ease and purposefully forward to reach the objectives set. He scoped out potential new roles based on my experience and strengths and provided me with extremely useful practical support in terms of tailoring my CV as well as building my networks and job search ideas. In addition Scott helped me identify my career successes which I previously viewed as 'doing my every day job’ and now I feel more confident in my ability to perform in interviews. It was a pleasure working with Scott and I will definitely work with him again as I progress through my career.
