I'm already fat, but Dons boudin, balls, and all the deliciousness I want to try will make me fatter. What I like best is that my mom is very very picky. I introduced her to Find and the cracklins. She loves it a lot. So making my mom happy makes me happy. Plus warm delicious food always makes me happy.

The staff are all helpful and are kind! Their products, food so far is fantastic! You must like red pepper and tons of flavor! I bring my mom every trip to Central la. Their fresh pork and grn sausage! Excellent! Miss Chris behind the counter is also great!

Always gotta stop when we head home from our trips to south Louisiana. Interesting and high quality meat selection, local foods, and great hot foods and boudin. Tried the chicken cracklins last time and they were different, but so good!
