The haircut U got was AMAZING!! And the people are SO NICE!! Great conversations and great personalities! They even realized I was getting a little hot and offered me a cold bottle of water!! If I could rate 100 starts I would!!

Bailey did my shampoo/condition, cut and style and she did an excellent job. She was very professional. She was also very friendly. There wasn't time to do all I needed to, but I can't wait to return to finish because she was so excellent. I actually enjoyed the whole process from start to finish and I believe that's a first. I felt better when I left with more confidence. Bailey and the whole team at this location were awesome. I will definitely be recommending and returning.

I have very curly and thick hair. It’s super hard to find a stylist that knows what they’re doing. Alexis was able to give me an amazing cut with layers and it has been a huge confidence boost. I went from having lifeless and shapeless curls to voluminous and bouncy curls. I definitely recommend her for curly hair and I recommend her overall. Salon was super welcoming and friendly, everyone was so sweet and professional and it was clean and in order. Will definitely be coming to this location in the future.

My husband wanted to try Fantastic Sam's after reading reviews and because it was closer to our location, but he didn't get a cut at all because of the long wait time. He sat and waited inside for 40 minutes while our family waited in the car, COVID style. He signed in with two people ahead and figured he was next. Nope, a person with an appointment came in and he got bumped. He felt he waited long enough, left and went to his usual place. It would be nice if, when signing in, they'd respect the sign-in list, or at least let the customer know they're going to have to wait through unexpected scheduled appointments when they come in. Maybe remove the "walk-ins welcome" sign?
