It was horrible shopping experience ever. Don’t go the shop. They do not refund. We have a receipt and never used item. They didn’t mention about refund policy when we brought them and said “ you can return anytime, if you don’t like it.” I got 3set of knives, extra 2 knives, display board and sharpner last week. Its only 3days passed and one of knives was too big to use so I visited the shop to ask refund. They kept saying “No refund because of policy then I talked with head office then they said each shop has owner and they can refund to you but they don’t have to according to law. They said “return means not refund” Is it only me return sounds like “refundexchange”. They suggested me exchange other things but there wasn’t various items in shop. The lady show me the catalog, if I order one of them, I could exchange it. I really didn’t need it but I had to order that moment so I picked 3 pans set with 199 and the staff called somewhere ages then told me “its out of stock” then suggested 2pan set for same price. I almost get cried in the shop. I wasted my time to have a look the all items and why so difficult to ask refund only 1 item? I have receipt and the item never used, even I didn’t touch it. I am not happy with this shop and most items were slightly expensive than other shop. Eventually they gave me credit but after all arguing, I am still not happy with this credit.

Can't praise this store highly enough. Maureen provided great customer service and also took the time to explain and demonstrate her product. Love all the knives but in particular the victorinox variety. They are great quality and rarely need sharpening. Thank you Maureen. Great to see someone who knows the importance of customer service. Wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Everytime my wife or I visit the store all the staff are exceptional to offer a great service and provide any information we need. Also has the dreamfarm range my wife loves! Highly recommend
