We researched several places in Central AR before choosing Caring Hearts and we are so glad we chose them. Tina is patient, genuine, and selfless. She asked questions without pity and did not rush us. She was not pushy, but simply available. On one of the worst days of my adult life, Tina and her business got me through.

The owner Tina was so very caring, she made an exception for us during that very sad time, she came all the way to Hot Springs to pick up our precious baby girl Chihuahua, Savannah, we personally met with her and talked with her, you could hear the care in her heart and soul for animals. We had no doubts she would take care with our sweet pet. After the cremation, her husband brought her ashes back to me in Hot Springs, at my job, and placed her back in my arms. The urn was very pretty. We were very pleased with our experience with this company. Highly recommend them.

Caring Hearts Pet Cremation is a wonderful and caring place that our animals that have passed on have been respectfully taken care of!!! I drove from Hot Springs to Greenbrier to have a family friend's pet cremated to be put in the casket with her. I was in a crunch due to the timing of the death and the funeral. They made time to cremate her and return the ashes to us in time for the funeral. Their place is so beautiful, clean and very well maintained. Perry and Tina are truly amazing, caring and thoughtful people. I wouldn't trust any one else with our deceased fur babies.
Caring Hearts provided us with compassion and empathy when we lost our 14.5 yr old cat Mr. Cuddles. They worked with us and our vet to provide a very personal cremation and even allowed us to provide his favorite blanket and some flowers with him. They even separated his ashes into 2 boxes for me and my daughter. I highly recommend Caring Hearts!
The owner Tina is so sweet and companionate. I called Tina because I wanted to hold my precious Missy cat and love on her one last time after she passed. I went to the cremtorium and Tina brought her to me wrapped up in a towel, holding her like a baby. I got to be with my Missy as long as I needed.So much caring and respect was shown for me and my Missy cat and that will never be forgotten. Thank you so much Tina for your caring heart.
I appreciate the care they took with my fur baby. It was comforting knowing he was with someone who cared.
I got a beautiful box to put my dog in but they spelled his name wrong on the plaque, I will miss him
