It has been a blessing living at Carisbrooke. My apartment is spacious and well maintained. My neighbors are quiet. The parking is great and there's plenty of it. The location is super; it's close to so many stores as well as to the highway. There is a dedicated outside play place for pets. The management and maintenance staff are super attentive and friendly to our needs in addressing repairs that may come about. I would recommend Carisbrooke to anyone who is looking for an apartment in the Manchester area. Sincerely Bert Robbins (Resident for almost one year)

So happy that I finally get to live here! Been trying for two years now we are three weeks in and loving it! I have never liked living in an aprartment but this was like going on vacation and not having to go home! Samatha is awesome to work with and the maintenance staff immediately addressed any concerns I had and were also very friendly. We had met at least 5 neigbors at the end of our first moving day. Super pet friendly with a nice brand new dog area. Best move we could have made!

I just recently moved into Carisbrooke and so far I’m loving it! Sam was very quick to respond when I showed interest in being a resident here and was so helpful with the lease signing process. I fell In love instantly with my unit and i am so grateful that the property is pet friendly. My dog and I can’t wait to start this new chapter of our lives! Very excited to see what the future holds here!

I was super nervous with this being my first apartment and Sam made the experience effortless. She was sweet, kind and informative about everything. There was no “dumb question “ with her. The apartment is STUNNING and couldn’t have asked for an easier time with paperwork. 11/10 would recommend

We have been living here since November 2015, which is four years, and we are going to stay longer! There are several reasons for staying here and not looking for something else. Simply, this place is attracting us to stay. First of all, the location is very close to the highway, so you get in your way fast. Also, everything is close too. There is a verity of restaurants and stores close to us, where we can go walking. The supermarket, the pharmacy, and several others. If you like walking outside, there is a little park close, too. The security of it, too. I have little kids, sometimes we come home late. Never felt insecure when coming. The building has coverd parking, storage, library, elevators, function room, and a place where you can play table hockey game and some others. You can take your garbage and throw it from the same floor, too. Lastly, I would say they need to work on the maintenance. Sometimes, they take few days to come and fix something. However, when they come they fix it and help you with whatever you need!
