Had another hotel booked but they were unexpectedly closed. Came to Baie Bleu with no reservation and service was incredible. Really nice room and beautiful view.

Very clean rooms, recently renovated. The soundproofing isn't ideal so you might prefer the top floor if you're a light sleeper and can't deal with people above you stomping around.

When we checked-in the lady at reception wasn't able to answer half of the questions we had about sea excursions and we were told to look for a pamphlet in the shelf which there was none. When we arrive in the room it was pretty small for a 2 double bed room and there was only 2 towels even though we said over the phone we would be 3 adults and 2 toddlers. We had noisy neighbors that were smoking and swearing on the balcony which made watching the beautiful sea with our kids from the balcony impossible..Unfortunately (not fault of the hotel) due to covid there was no bike rental and no crib/cot for our toddlers. There is a deal for 3 nights stay you get free sea excursions for a couple (choice of other activities available..) reception said not valid because our 6 night stay was booked through Expedia... Very disappointed so far Update: manager Stephan was very helpful and made sure to make it right to us and expressed how customers are very important to him and the establishment

I like their services very much. They are quite professional and hard-working. When ordering something online it allows me to track the whereabouts of my products. I like this feature of theirs. I seriously recommend using their services.

Really nice place by the sea! Housekeeping could double check fridge and behind bathroom door, towels and food were left in there!
