Reliably great pizza, but we've had a rough experience recently when the store was overwhelmed with orders, causing them to be severely backlogged with quite a few disgruntled customers. We would have been perfectly fine with the wait, but they falsely indicated that the order was ready when it actually was an additional 10 minute wait after being marked as ready. Being busy and having to wait is perfectly fine, but the dishonesty of saying that our food is ready when it's not has led to me taking a star off.
I have had Domino's many times in the past, and since I was visiting my mother and we were both hungry, I ordered some pizza, fries and cheesy bread. We got it delivered to her work, where the driver proceeded to drive away from me twice as I waited, then tried frantically waving and hailing to no avail. A call to the store and 5 more mins later after already waiting 20 mins for delivery when we are a min drive from the store, was not impressed. To then be missing my dips for the bread as I had ordered extra for my mother and myself. They state that a driver will be over shortly and here we are 20 mins more. As a visitor, I will NEVER order here again and would recommend you order elsewhere, maybe a local pizza place or even Pizza pizza.
Ayden and Ashley are my absolute favourite! Ayden always puts a smile on my face so funny and friendly! Always on time and can actually find my apartment, unlike most of there new drivers :( I have a toddler so I don’t like having to leave the whole building with her to then carry pizza up and other stuff up... Anytime they are late though they offer you a free Large pizza! ️ so that helps! Favourite pizza place for sure! Unlike Mr mozzarella
