I am caring for an elderly relative and have had an opportunity to meet Dr. Fernandez and Dr. Marion and must say that as complicated as this process can be for a rookie POA (power of attorney) Dr. Fernandez and her calm demeanor is exactly what the Doctor ordered if you know what I mean. Life is rushed for most of us and then throw in an unexpected emergency sickness for a family member during the holiday season and bang reality smacks you right the the face. The ability of a Doctor today to deal with all the constraints of the system in a friendly concise manner with a smile and compassion that I have experienced is hard to find these days. I tip my hat to Dr. Fernandez and Dr.Marion and Nancy for keeping it real and organizing the unorganized while leaving us with a sense of accomplishment after visiting them. Thank-you very much !
