I do not recommend this plumber at all. He never finished the job he started and made a major mistake that cost me a huge amount of money to fix. I tried to get him to come finish the job he started (before I was made aware of his poor workmanship) and he simply ignored every text I sent him. How irresponsible is that?????? This person obviously does not know what he’s doing and does not care for his clients. I highly recommend you not hire this person for plumbing work.

Great guy, great service
We have bought 3 furnaces from Pat Purdy in the last four years. His service is excellent and his workmanship is above average. Dealing with him as a contractor I found that he is one of the most honest companies in his field. He has never had to come back to do any work on any of these 3 furnaces to this date. We have just purchased another furnace for our own home, he went far and beyond to have the furnace installed because we had no heat in our house. His prices are very competitive and he backs up his warranty and his workmanship. By reading some reviews listed here I seen tremendous good reports. I do recognize one bad report and the person is not telling the whole truth and stretching it a little to far. There is always two sides to every story. Keep up the good work Pat!
My husband and I have been using Purdy Plumbing and Heating for several years now and Todd and his crew are always courteous and pleasant to deal with. Todd is always fair with his pricing and he is a man of his word. He is done our heating, septic pump and water tank to name a few. And in my opinion he seems to always be there for us. If we thought he didn't know what he was doing we wouldn't use him over and over again. I appreciate his honesty which is very hard to come in the service industry these days, not to mention he is very knowledgeable in his trade and makes sure his guys are too. Thank you Purdy Plumbing & Heating we appreciate the service you have provided us in the past and you will be the first number we dial if the need arises in the future.
