A greeter rudely refused my little sister and I entrance without a mask, but we are EXEMPT. She made us wait in the cold, to go get a manager. After several minutes we went into the cart spot so we wouldn't freeze. When the manager finally came, she had bad communication, and left us more confused. We then checked if we could enter, and the lady just waved her hands saying we had to leave. In total, 20 minutes or more passed by, my little sister and I, just waiting. We ended up leaving. I won't be supporting this business if we, get denied service.

Like the online ordering system for groceries but find in the store not even the staff distance as they should. Cashiers though are lovely and put up with alot.
Hate doing a negative review given the many hard working and friendly staff :( especially the curb side group....kudos to them! But I need to post a warning here for other seniors (& others) using the curb side service. Twice I've used the WalMart app to check in at the store and TWICE I've been left waiting from 45 mins to over ONE HOUR today. Even the phone checkin wasn't being answered. The outside staff helped me get my order and advised me to call store with complaint. Apparently some of the managers often FORGET to check the online check ins leaving poor souls like me waiting in the freezing parking lot!
Good comfortable place to shop. Prices are good. Produce isn't bad. Selection pretty good. Customer service and staff always friendly.
