I had an issue with a spring that I bought YEARS ago. I called Carli to get a replacement and they informed me that they are lifetime warranty! Who does that? It was amazing that I could get the spring for free. Their customer service is really second to none!

I have bought a few of there kits and when I get another new truck I will keep buying there stuff. Radio is my go to guy for questions as he is very knowledgeable and has the patience for all my questions.
They don't answer the phone and wont respond to e-mail. No customer service.
I've had the Carli Starter system with optional rear leaf add-a-pack and Bilstein 5100 shocks on my truck for 8 years now ('06 Ram 2500 diesel). Also have the track bar and torsion sway bar. Top notch stuff, zero issues, great ride. Highly recommend!
By far the best built suspension parts for any Ram pickups. Ride quality and overall function of everything is amazing. I’m on my 3rd Ram with their setup and will put nothing else on any other trucks I buy.
