Beautiful laminate flooring. Nick was incredibly helpful in store, especially when it came to choosing accessories and finding something affordable. Excellent fitting service too. Highly recommend Fraser whose work can only be described as thorough and perfection. The house now feels like a home.

Bought some vinyl click flooring to go with our new kitchen ,lasted a day before it started unclicking, joiner said his never laid such poor flooring before,wife contacted Carlisle store after lockdown,want reimbursed as its so poor and we need to get some better flooring elsewhere, now someone been out to inspect but they now keep saying manager not in when rang ,never return calls,poor customer service
