Excellent customer service from Caroline, metal shed arrived on time and was erected expertly in a few hours, and the quality of the metal sheds are outstanding, they are incredibly strong and will withstand any weather.

Excellent customer service from the first phone call to the shed being installed. I dealt with Caroline on the phone and she was fantastic, kept me up to date with what was going on and when things would be ready. We made a change to our order (added a window) & I wasn't sure if they would be able to do tha, but it was no problem at all. . The guys who came out to put the shed up were equally as proffesional and I genuinely cannot reccomend Harker Garden Buildings enough. The quality of the wood & the craftsmanship is amazing, friends were asking why did we go there when I could go to B&Q or wherever for less and spend the extra money? Now hey have seen it they completely understand. The products they sell are such high quality you wouldn't believe it till you see it, next for me is a summer house & I know who I'm buying it from - Harker Garden Buildings. Thank you so much, we are so pleased with it and with the customer service we received also, it's a rare thing nowadays. If you're considering any of the products they sell, don't settle for a poorer quality products. Get yourself over to them and see the difference, I'm sure that as long as we treat the wood each year our shed will outlive me!!

Was a marvellous experience from design to installation, all the staff were exceptional and professional in their duties particularly Caroline (in the office) who went over and above what was expected, and would extend my appreciation and gratitude to all for a faultless experience

Ordered fencing panel in March and was told it would be 4 - 6 weeks delivery because of covid. Did not hear from the company at all, despite sending 2 emails to them until August 12th when I received an email saying it would be delivered in 3 days. We immediately rang them and said we no longer had the money for the fencing as we assumed they had gone bust because of covid, but if they had already built the panels we would be able to pay in 2 installments. The receptionist named Caroline agreed to this. The fencing gets delivered and I email requested the bank details to allow payment and saying we will again be paying half today and half in september. The company refused and lied stating this conversation had not happened and the accountant was screaming down the phone at my husband saying payment had to be made today and that we were liars. We even told them if it couldn't be made in 2 payments we would not want the panels. I have never in my life dealt with such unprofessional, lying bullies. Avoid this company at all costs. We paid the invoice in full and I hope Caroline can sleep at night after lying to keep her job.
