I wasn’t with NXT very long as Thomas managed to find the ideal new role for me almost immediately. He was so helpful and responsive throughout and even checked in after I started the new job to see how things were going, which was lovely. Such a great service, can’t thank NXT and Thomas enough as I’m now 8 months in with a great company. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with NXT working with Thomas. He found me a place to start a 3 month probation which has lead to me being kept on and have been there for over 10 months now.
