Having a home owner policy for over twenty years with NO CLAIMS, the one that there was a water leak behind the bathroom wall and no way to detect it, the Adjuster for the Farmers Insurance (represented by this agency), denied the claim saying that this a wear and tear and it was leaking for few days and not considered a sudden leak. I am not sure how anyone was suppose to see behind the wall. Even the plumber said he wouldn't have been able to detect, and he does this professionally. I reached out to the agency to discuss the claim and adjuster's decision. He basically said "too bad". He was always nice at the renewal time, when he was getting paid, but when it came to pay for the claim, Farmers insurance took the easy way out by denying the claim with a ridiculous reason!!!
