It looked amazing!! Their staging was beautiful and looked so good in our photos. I hired Judy and her assistant Katy at HomeScapes Staging San Diego to stage our beloved first home as we prepared to put the house on the market. The home is a true mid-century La Costa home built in the 1960s with lots of light and great energy. Judy and her team helped to capture that light and energy and make the house absolutely stunning with her complimentary mid-century style pieces and impeccable attention to detail. They used high end furniture and decor to style our home. The house did not look \staged\ and the extra touches made the home look extremely stylish, yet livable. Judy was excellent at communicating throughout the process and took into consideration our thoughts and feelings as the current homeowners. She staged the house with our target market in mind and absolutely hit the mark. The listing photography turned out amazing. The house quickly received numerous healthy offers and sold above asking. We had buyers from all over scrambling to see the house in person. Some potential buyers were even from LA, Orange County, and Arizona.
