Carlyle has been amazing the last almost 3 years! We went to 3 different orthodontists before coming to Carlyle. They are cheaper than other places and do way more than other places will do. They always got us in right away when needed. When we moved out of state we decided to keep going to Carlyle and made the 20 hour trip every couple of months and if for some reason I needed an earlier appointment I called and got her right in. The staff is absolutely amazing and has become like family! Even though the braces are off we will still be seeing them often. Carlyle is by far the best and easiest place I have ever dealt with.

Went in for the consultation, I was given the cost for the braces for my child. I was told there would be a 500 deposit and I could pay that when we come in to have the braces placed. When I called back schedule I was told I had to pay the 500 deposit prior to scheduling. That should’ve been my first warning sign. The day of the braces being placed I was given a paper and told to put my bank information on it, And they would be automatically withdrawing money from my account every month, I was never given this information prior to and when I declined to give them my bank information and asked why this was never told me prior to this moment I was told that they do not discuss finances during the consult and that I should have asked. Very unprofessional. I should have taken my child elsewhere, but unfortunately due to an accident my child had I was stuck because the orthodontist and dentist already coordinated care and the deposit was paid. Make sure if you go ask these questions and take a look at their office hours, get everything in writing don’t take anyone for the word.
