Just had to return my new frameless glasses to Carmarthen having only picked them up on Monday. The arm on one side just fell off. These glasses cost 363.75. I live over 30 miles away so that’s 60 miles round trip and two hours driving. And for all this trouble I was given four packs of Lens Wipe. I will definitely not be going back there. John

I appreciate I arrived 10 minutes late but I didn't appreciate being told that it was up to them whether they would still see me or reschedule me for another day. My response was that I would take my business elsewhere as they obviously didn't need mine.
