I ordered a book (among other things) for a friend's Christmas present, and the order was shipped promptly and arrived quickly. Some brilliant products that were perfect for the gift. When there was a problem with one of the books, the Spiffy team were on it straight away - dealt with the issue, and posted out a replacement within a day! So impressed with the level of customer care with Spiffy. I will definitely be using again!
