A wall spanning almost 3 kilometres build to control flooding in nearby places. Before wall was build, farmers and nearby residents suffer huge damages brought by seasonal flooding due to heavy rains. The flooding was very known that tagged Carmen as "Bahaanan or Bahaunon" meaning frequently flooded. Today the wall stand firm protecting residents and farmers form economic losses. To make it more lively, the wall can be used for mural painting depicting how resilient Camenians and Filipinos are, its rich history, culture and tradition.
