Very friendly service personnel but pricey parts and oil products (i guess must be the same with all casa or service dealers) For your oil and filter routine changes i would suggest to go to your local gas station who sells their own fully synthetic oils and i guarantee you'll save loads.

Good people naman. Dito ko na appreciate yung Great Taste Granules dahil sinerve nila samin. We bought here the Kia Soluto. Unfortunately, nagkaroon ng sira sa condenser. May insurance and brand new pero hindi sa casa dinala kundi sa isang Talyer sa Calamba na accredited ng Insurance. Ayun. Antagal ibalik. Tapos pagkabalik pina car wash DAW pero amputik ng sasakyan, andaming damage tumama daw sa gutter, tapos may gasgas na sa dalawang side ng doors na nag promise sila na i-ba-bop daw nila next week. Safe daw sa kanila and nasa garahe daw nila pero ito pa, naka halos 90km yung car. WOW. I suggest na ipatanggal na yang talyer na yan sa insurance. Slaamat sa service *sad*

We purchased unit last June 3, 2019. My dealer MARK is very eager during negotiations but after sales...boom...you will not gonna expect anything from him. I have to follow up ORCR but unfortunately hindi rin nila na rerelease agad compare sa ibang brand dealer ng car. I just 1week nakuha ko na ORCR and the best thing is dealer pa tumawag sa akin to inform na nasend na nila sa email ko ung ORCR compare to his service, I always texted and call pero cannot be rich or he don’t pick up your call. Sad thing is may limitations pala sa inyo ang service once you had your sales. Poor client ikaw pa maghahabol sa knila. Poor service.
