The food was excellent! Definitely will return in the near future. The place is warm, especially this time of the year where it is difficult to find a warm and dry place to eat The views are spectacular! Definitely recommend this place.

Read about it in a Lonely planet guide as being the only restaurant opened till 16 hour (siesta), that what not the case, we were still being and eating inside till 17. Nice restaurant situated in an old yellow mill, as the name also suggests, with a open fireplace. Friendly and helpful staff with splendid food and atmosphere.
Stopped for lunch. Cold unfriendly welcome, no specials of the day, rather mediocre food by Andalucian standards. Very surprised by the previous raving reviews. Place was almost empty and seemed geared for groups and tourists, and not coping well with Covid depression. Charged me for picos when no one does it any longer in Sevilla, croquetas were very oily...some restaurants will adjust, extend better care, value offers and therefore survive, other will have to close and rightly so...
The outside view and drive to Molino Romera was spectacular, the decor from the entrance looks very fine with a rustic charm but that's the end of my impression. Our party of 4 arrived on January 25 2020 at 9:15pm hoping to enjoy a fine dinner, but was met by two very unfriendly waiters, the waitress even gave my friend a dirty stare ( we were talking in English) and said they are full but a few tables are clearly available, they refused to let us wait and no reservations were taken then walked away. We stayed for 3 minutes wondering what's going on and just as we were leaving, another group of local patrons waiting behind us was told not to leave in Spanish and was showed to their table while we exit, they had no reservations either. On our way out more people were showing up, we did not see anyone leave. This restaurant only serves local Spanish and discriminate on foreigners/tourists, they cherry pick people. Our group was Italian, Irish, Canadian and Chinese, an unfortunate experience left us dumbfounded.
Sitting just in front of a breathtaking mirador we found this amazing restaurant. The menu is a 360 degrees view on what Andalucia has best to offer. Fish, meat and amazing veg options (the mango salmorejo is incredible, btw). Lot of attention is put on the list of allergens. Even if the place was almost full, the service was super smooth, professional and attentive (but this Spain, so you should always expect this level of service).
