We went into look at a used snowmobile that they had for sale that we ended up buying. That night we went to ride it and could immediately could tell there was something wrong with the machine. Needless to say, it was more than something, it was totaled. The plate and motor mount were demolished. We were devastated. We then called our salesman to explain to see if there was anything they could do since they had sold us a machine that wasn’t even rideable. They did absolutely nothing to try and make it right for selling us a totaled snowmobile machine and you could tell they could have cared less. We are big in the snowmobile community and we will be sure to worn others to steer clear from there so they don’t get stepped on like we did. We heard they use to make things right with their customers but after talking to others that’s not the case anymore. Steer clear.

It took two months to get ahold of them by both myself and a lawyer, they wouldn’t give me any amount of money back on an atv purchased under warranty. Eventually coming to an agreement that they would fix the atv and I would take it back, which I did, a big part of the reason I returned it was because it was running out of all fluids and overheating constantly , they delivered it after it was “fixed” and not even 500 yards away from the place they dropped it off, the first ride it was overheating. The place is junk, multiple people have told me similar situations involving carns and other products purchased at Carns. I ended up selling the ATV without putting even 15 hours on it myself in total and losing almost half of what I paid for it. They sent me a video after it was “fixed” of it being driven 30 yards and back, the thing left me stranded twice on basic trails. Save yourself the trouble. Don’t go because it’s “The best in the area” if you truly want something you’ll get it wherever it is like 5 Star power sports or xtreme sports sure it’s farther but atleast you’ll have a more professional experience.
