Super disappointed. I have been doing floral work for over 20 years and dealing with florists across the US (Chicago, MN, WI, etc.) for different events. This is the firs time, I've been disheartened with the lack of kindness and willingness to deliver. They noted the driveway was terrible and were very stern about not going back out to deliver. Our family is heavily in the Caro area and I'll be sharing this on our family Facebook page as well. Please give another florist a shot as I'd hate for your heart to be heavy when trying to do a kind thing for someone you love.

Lasting Impressions in Caro, MI is the perfect example of what a small town local business should be. Always friendly and knowledgeable, I feel completely at ease when placing an order. I’ve placed large orders for school functions and small personal orders and I’ve never been disappointed with the quality or value. Their familiarity in town is also invaluable as well. While living out of state a few years back, we had some unfortunate losses locally, and a five minute call each time was enough to insure everyone here knew we were thinking about them. Highly recommended! Thanks!

There should have been a ton more blue in the arrangement. Blue was chosen for a specific reason. 100% disappointed and will NEVER use Lasting Impressions again. ETA: I get that my mother in law was happy with the flowers. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THEM! I specifically said I needed BLUE flowers. Whoever I spoke with that day did not tell me that there would be a problem getting the blue flowers that were advertised on your website. When you couldn't make the arrangement as ordered someone should have called.
