I love the staff at Conway. Miranda, Michelle, Tish, Jenna and the list goes on. Your residents seem happy, the place is so clean and everyone seems happy. I've heard lots of stories of good care provided and the residents that I talked to all said this assisted living is the best place to live or the best place they have ever lived.

I did not have a good experience at all. With all the money they charge, I expected more. My grandfather was there less than 24 hours before I took him out due to lack of attention. I think he was misdiagnosed. the other residents there were able to function more on their own as my grandfather needs one on one care. Which I had explained before I signed him up and they said he still qualified to be a resident which in my opinion he didn't. I am aware that they need a 14 day notice before leaving the facility but I had some concerns (his room condition and the lack of knowledge from staff) that they needed to change and I was not happy with so I wanted my grandfather out of there immediately, like I said he was not there even 24 hours and they still charged us the 14 days for rent.
