Scheduling an appointment could not have been easier, using her online contact form. Her office was easy to find and her COVID protocols were wonderful. She cleaned my ring, explained each step of the appraisal, along with the tools that she was using, and had me out of there in 35 minutes! Chaya is fantastic to work with and you can’t go wrong with her appraisal services. I’ll definitely use her again!

Chaya did a very thorough job with my appraisal for insurance. She was very patient, professional, easy to schedule with, did the appraisal right in front of me, and explained everything to me. She also referred me to an excellent jeweler to set my loose diamond. Would highly recommend her to anyone with jewelry appraisal needs!
