As i started my therapy six weeks ago I was in a lot of pain and feeling very down about my condition. Over this period time my therapist Mark have been extremely helpful with making sure I get to where I need to be strength wise and being able to get back to my normal activities I can’t being to think him enough. If your looking for a place for therapy this is the place go!!!

I have been coming to Carolina Physical Therapy for about 12 years now. I am currently being treated by Laura Beth Thomas McClendon, DPT. She is now my number one therapist at this location, but I have also used Jim Cates (co-owner)and Sharon Smith, managing partner at Atrium Way, and Mark Devendorf, PT. Each of these therapists are both professionally qualified and compassionate in their treatment of patients. The entire staff, from a Bob at the front desk to assistants in the treatment area, show a level of respect to each patient not seen in most service/medical professional settings. There is virtually no waiting past the appointment time to be seen and treatment is started once on the floor/treatment room area. Laura Beth has been a wonderful therapist and has used some non traditional techniques to alleviate my initial pain levels to where I can now better function. Great job performance and attitude on her part to get me “better” has sped up the process and hopefully I’ll get my “graduate degree” and “walking papers” in the next two weeks.

I had meniscus surgery on my left knee and came to this location for the first time 4 years ago. Marc Dievendorf was my PT, and his professionalism, compassion and the best plan for my therapy was top notch. So, I had to begin physical therapy in January 2021 due to impingement syndrome in my shoulder. My orthopedic doctor asked me, where did I want to go?. For me it was just one place, Carolina Physical Therapy because of the level of service I received 4 years ago. I was hoping after 4 years, Marc was still there and he was. I received again excellent service, professionalism, care and compassion. The office staff are always very friendly, they make you feel like you are part of a big family, warm and inviting. Thank you guys for having a heart and compassion for your patients. See you in another 4 years Marc. Lol. To one of the best PT, Marc I thank you for caring for me.

I stumbled upon this place because I was looking for a place I can do virtual PT. Nevertheless, this particular location wasn't offering it but I decided to stay due to the positive vibes and very helpful staff. Fast forward two months later, this by far is my favorite PT facility. I've been to 6 or 7 PT facilities over the last 8 years and I would gladly come back to this one because the ENTIRE staff is awesome, helpful, caring and they listen. Although the place can get quite busy, Laura Beth and the other PTs still find time to work with their patients unlike some of the other facilities where you can go in there and do your own PT and barely get checked up on and forget who was my PT. At Carolina, it's different... Different in a way that I actually enjoyed coming to PT. Laura Beth pushed me to do better but not so much to where I was uncomfortable. They listened to my EVERY concern and story. I am on a road to recovery and should be graduating in 4 weeks. I just say it will be a bittersweet moment because I've enjoy the staff and Laura Beth is my favorite PT by far. She is thorough, sweet, great sense of humor, caring, tough and a force not to be reckoned with (she really is great at what she does so listen people).

I actually was reccomend to this place a couple of months back and I had to get knee surgery. Long story short this place is amazing. The staff are super nice and will listen to you. I personally work with Marc he helped my with my knee recovery and pushed me to eventually get better. They don't force you to do anything you don't want to and they always encourage you to only do what you can handle. If you need physical therapy please please please come here!
