I truly loved being here at this facility. Everyone here was so wonderful and caring. Therapy was the best Rachel S and Jada were great. I truly enjoyed my time at Carolina Rehab I met so many people and consider them my family. I will definitely visit after all this COVID stuff is done. I highly recommend this facility.

Everyone here is great, very friendly and do a great job. Activities does a really good job they keep the residents busy. Amy is really sweet and caring. I have had a really awesome experience here. All departments do an outstanding job.

I absolutely love it at Carolina Rehab! I have been working here since July 2020. I started in the Dietary Department and learned a lot and then switched to Housekeeping. Both departments work so hard at what they do and they have taught me so much. Everyone in housekeeping has a good bond with the residents of the facility and we treat them like they are our own family. I highly recommend Carolina Rehab Center of Cumberland.

I had a wonderful stay at Carolina Rehab of Fayetteville it is a great place to go and get therapy. They have a awesome Rehab facility and the therapy staff does an outstanding job. I really enjoyed it here met a lot of new people. I can’t say enough great things about all of the staff. Housekeepers are awesome they really keep the rooms and facility clean and on top of that they are so nice and caring. Nursing does a great job and show they really care. I had a wonderful experience there and highly recommend this facility.

I am writing on behalf of a current patient at this facility who is in desperate need to be heard. He's been at this so called rehabilitation center since June 2020 to recover from back surgery. To date, he has not received any rehabilitation assistance whatsoever despite his pleas for assistance. They won't let him have a walker, or use their work out facility. They are blaming Covid as their excuse. Meanwhile the lack of rehabilitation has left him bedridden with atrophy in his legs. He feels mistreated and undervalued as a human being and NOONE is listening to him. As a concerned friend I want to know why he is pleading for help. Why isn't someone providing him with the rehabilitation he needs to recover so he can get out of there? COVID is no excuse! If he doesn't recover there will be consequences. I expect changes to be made immediately or I will help him take action.
