Wow!!! I have been going to Carolinas Dental Center for many years. It just keeps getting better and better. I just had a bridge put in by Dr. Marc Rasmussen. He did a terrific job!!! He is a sweet, kind, loving young man. He will do whatever he can to help you get our smile right! The entire staff all all of the dentists there are wonderful! If you want a dentist who truly cares, this is the place to go!!

I visited Carolinas Dental Center for the first time today, after not going to the dentist for over a year. Boy, were they amazing. Bethany was my hygienist and she was so pleasant and friendly. She did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Grimes was very nice and professional as well. As an extra bonus- they had a television in the room so i was able to focus on HGTV without worrying about what was going on with my cleaning. I just told my husband to make an appointment here ASAP. I actually don't dread going back.

I have been a patient there for over 10 years and love Dr. Phelps - however over the last few years most of their staff has turned over and they recently sold out to another company; now I wouldn't trust my dental care or my family's to this practice. When my mom was there getting her teeth cleaned, she overheard 3 ladies at the front desk "cat-fighting" over the schedule and days off. When I went in today to get a copy of my records, they couldn't find some of the records, then as Taylor and Arliana were looking they were talking loudly so everyone in the lobby heard the entire spelling of my name .... both were very rude - I had a credit balance on my account that they placed on another person's account without my consent...Never again will I go there ... be very very very careful...

We love coming to Carolinas Dental Center! All of the staff from the reception, the hygienists and the dentists, are so kind and professional and make you feel welcome and at ease. Our kids actually get excited when I tell them it's time for a cleaning! That should be enough to tell you it's a great place to go for all your dental needs!

I was able to get an appointment and get my tooth fixed quickly when my regular dentist could not see me. Everyone was very nice, helpful and informative. My issue was dealt with the same day. I will be making this my new regular dentist an have recommended to my friends and co-workers.

I had the zoom tooth whitening many years ago and my teeth looked fantastic. I have also had my wisdom teeth removed and it was an easy and painless procedure. The next procedure I am planning is the Invisalign to straighten some teeth that the wisdom teeth moved out of place. I am very happy with everyone at Carolinas Dental Center. They are so friendly and welcoming.

Carolina Dental Center is by far one of the best dental office in North Carolina! I had a dental emergency , Dr Phelps and his assistant handled me with kid gloves. By far the best customer service given by a Dental office EVER! Dr Christopher Phelps you are incredible!! Thank You!
