The professionalism and service level is excellent. The staff is quick to respond and very knowledgeable. All requests are completed quickly, well within the known response times. The sales staff is quick to recommend products and ideas, but is not pushy about products to purchase. Engineers are friendly, reliable, and flexible to perform work to not hinder daily operations.

My husband hired Carolinas IT recently. He called in a service request before 10:00 am and didn't receive a call back until 5:00 pm after he followed up with the company three times. He hasn't given up on them but I'm not sure I would be as patient.
