People are great. Dogs have fun there. But last couple times they got a cough when they get home. So far this time no problem

Took our dog Max for the first time last week. He spent the night and was bathed. He seemed happy when we picked him up. The staff seemed very caring!!!

I have been boarding my dogs here for years and years. Last week I got a midnight call that my little cousin/bro of 24 years passed away unexpectedly and the world came crashing down. Caroline's staff and she herself handled my unique situation with such empathy and support that even though it was on super short notice they welcomed my fur babies with warm hearts for a whole week, which was twice as long as they've ever been away from me. I felt extremely comfortable as if leaving them with trusted family after all these years and when I finally picked them up today they greeted me bright eyed and bushy tailed (albeit understandably exhausted as was their mom and dad) and when we saw each other it immediately alleviated some of the pain that had built up over the course of a week. Long story short, I am truly appreciative of Caroline's business and professionalism and I can promise its a safe choice that you won't regret.

This was the second time my 11 year old cat, Ellie, stayed at Caroline's and I am so pleased with how things went for her. I trust the folks who cared for her and she looked wonderful after staying there for 2 weeks. It's hard to leave your beloved pet for that long but I felt she was in excellent hands. I love that they post a picture of their guests on Facebook so we can see our baby's. Knowing that Ellie had a two room kitty condo and has play and exercise time also helped me feel confident in the care she received. I feel like the folks there have a real heart for the pets in their care. Caroline's will always be my go to place to board my pets.

My wife called weeks in advance of our trip out of state, they asked all the standard questions about our dog (breed, size, temperament, plays well with others ect....) my wife asked if she to bring our dog up to the motel for a meet and greet to make sure all would be fine they insisted no need, so weeks later we get there hours before our flight for her to say she would not keep him because he does show some signs of separation anxiety which was clearly told to her weeks before and she said it would be not problem, very unprofessional place that I would not recommend to anyone, luckily we made other arrangements and barely made our flight but this was the most unprofessional place I have ever encountered in dog care.

Worst experience. Two of my 3 dogs were sick for 2 weeks, my other dog died while boarding at Caroline's. He had heart issues, we were gone 2 nights and unfortunate timing, he died on the 2nd night. They treated his death with zero compassion, very matter of fact. "These things happen sometimes." Well, maybe to you! I don't lose my 14 year old best friend every day! They handed him to me frozen in a bag in the lobby. There was no human decency involved at all. God Bless my boy. He breathed his last breath in this cold place. Ill never be at peace he died alone, THERE! They never called, made a paw print, sent a card, NOTHING! Its like he didn't even exist. We literally paid for him to die there. What sort of caring kennel is that? I took my other dogs to the Vet because they got terribly sick and needed 2 types of antibiotics. The Vet asked where they had been kenneled, I told them Caroline's Pampered Pets, he nodded and told me they have a reputation and not sure what their practices are or why dogs seem to pick up stuff there? I told them about losing my boy there. The Vet and Assistamt were very compassionate with me. Three days later, in the mail I got a sympathy card from my Vet. Very kind gesture. Caroline's isn't a place I'd leave my beloved pets EVER AGAIN. R.I.P Gizmo.
