I can’t recommend this wonderful opticians highly enough. I normally wear contact lenses, but decided against them during the current climate, as don’t want to keep touching my eyes, etc. I therefore took to wearing my glasses. However, the arm fell off my glasses and so I was totally stuck. I contacted my usual opticians (I don’t live in Penkridge), who advised me to go to a branch in Birmingham! I also rang all other opticians in Cannock, but they were either closed for Lockdown, or wouldn’t help me, because I wasn’t their customer. Carolyn Parker Opticians was recommended by 3 of my friends and so I called them to see if they could help. To my amazement, I was invited to take my glasses straight over for repair whilst I waited! I drove over (wearing my prescription sunglasses) and James took the glasses from me to try to salvage, whilst I waited in my car. Just 10 mins later, James came out with repaired glasses and refused any payment! What an absolutely fantastic service! Friendly, professional AND KIND! Thank you so much.
