One of few places with kids play area indoor. Good selection of bakery. Cafe Latte was cold, and 1 out of 3 staff was a bit complacent about customer needs.

I am really sad of the service here... it's getting worse and worse

Great place for desserts, lunch, sandwiches, chocolate, hot and cold drinks. There is also a small play area for toddlers. Good option for rainy days. Food is always very nice but service not very good. Staff are often seemed stressed, they are snappy to the customers and does not like to take orders over the counter(food display). As the place is always busy, usually it is a challenge to place an order.

Good coffee and nice food, but they constantly are understaffed. Every time I've been it takes 20 minutes too place an order (Christmas time or not), longer to get the order, longer to find someone to give you the bill so you can pay. It's my last choice for coffee in Carouge. Ambience is pleasant. If it seems crowded find something else.

Wolfi, I love it! Excellent bread, lunches and even coffee. Waiters manage to stay friendly and patient even at rush hours, hat off!

Very bad, bad service and has climax of this bad experience we had a worm, a live one, in our salad. After returning it we just got as feedback that the salads arrive this way to the shop; and, evidently, we had to pay the full plate. Never coming back again!

I dropped by for lunch on a weekday afternoon. It was fairly busy considering it was late afternoon around 2.30pm. I noticed quite a few of the sweet pastries were gone by then. A few people have commented negatively about the service, however my server was very kind and attentive! He tried his best to help me though there was a language barrier - he did not speak much english and my french was rather limited. I was happy with what I ordered - I got the plat du jour which was a generous Swiss vol-au-vent filled with chicken stew and a side salad. Not the cheapest but normal for the neighbourhood I think. Will come back if I'm in Carouge :)
