Absolutely the best experience I have had with any company to date!! Adrian and his office help were a pleasure to deal with..the kept us informed on delivery date, got the flooring on time, and the crew he sent was amazing!!! These guys had the old crummy rug up, scraped subfloor and installed my new beautiful flooring in a half a day!!! Would not consider using anyone else for any of my flooring needs....will be using them for my kitchen very soon. Extremely pleased!!!

Horrible, horrible,horrible. My wife and I had them do our floors on a new construction home. They started the job at the end of March and till this day, May 17th I am still waiting for them to complete the bathroom. I have tried calling them all throughout the weeks and no answer, no reply. Also the labor cost was exponentially higher that other companies. While the owner was very helpful in helping my wife and I pick flooring out, the actual service and cost simply isn’t worth it. The owner also did not help us after “getting our business” as my wife was worried about which flooring to get with our dog, he seemed to not know what to suggest and didn’t seem to value my concerns. Would not recommend or use their services again.
Max and his crew with Carpathian Hardwood Flooring are the best! Max refinished our hardwood floors in two houses and we could not be more pleased. He has great attention to detail and truly wants you to be happy with his work. My husband and I highly recommend Carpathian Hardwood Flooring!
AWFUL. Carpathian installed engineered hardwood floors in my home in 2018. I paid 10K to replace tile with hardwood in our main living areas as a first time home-owner and was talked into buying engineered hardwood. First, engineered hardwood is NOT real hardwood, something I had to learn on my own later. The install was terrible. We had l serious gaps between the planks, which the owner tried to say was ‘normal.’ He said abnormalities in the tongue and groove caused it. I was angry and frustrated. We ended up paying another 1200 for more wood (Carpathian at least paid for labor) in order to rip up and reinstall the engineered hardwood in the kitchen where it was the worst. To this day, I get more and more frustrated as I continue to find more spots in the where the boards just weren’t hammered in close enough together, revealing dark putty that they used to fill and cover it but is not cracking. Would never use them again nor recommend.
