Service provider had a aggressive attitude from the start and on top of that he tried to charge my mother at home even more then what she was quoted once he arrived. The manager on the phone lacks proper training and had little customer service skills. If you are looking for good service and fair pricing don't call this business. If you are a women at home alone don't call this business. The poorly trained service rep will make you uncomfortable.
