Steve did an absolutely fanatic job cleaning our lounge and dining room carpets. We made the mistake of hiring a cheaper local chap who couldn’t get the results we were hoping for, then Steve showed up with his monster of a machine and brought our carpets back to life, worth every penny! Thanks Steve :)
We've had steve out 3 times now to clean carpets in different rooms at our house, most recent was last Monday, my wife decided to hire a rug doctor, she 'cleaned' the carpets in our bedroom and our sons room using the rug doctor. It took 3 days to dry and when it did the smell was horrendous! I called steve out, he sorted the problem within 2 hours! Carpets look amazing, dried within 2-3 HOURS and the smell has gone! Friendly, amazing service as always! The service from steve really could not be any better :)
